Read a Nutrition Label to eat healthier
The U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services has provided a colorful guide to reading the Nutrition Labels (found on packaged foods) the right way.
It also provides thumb-rules to follow, as we use the Nutrition Label to eat healthier.
